Tune In Tuesday is a weekly feature in which bloggers get to showcase another one of their loves, music! This feature was originally created by Ginger over at GReads! but you can now find it at Kate’s Tales of Books andBands. If you would like to participate in this weekly feature, make a blog post showcasing a song (or a few!) Then link up with Katelyn's Tune In Tuesday blog post if you want!
I am going to share some of the songs that have been stuck in my head this week.
1. No Use For A Name- Fairytale in New York
This is a cover of the Pogues song, but I love the cover. I sing this song a lot.
2. Against Me!- Pints of Guinness Make You Strong
This song gives me a lot of emotions. I think it was one of the first Against Me! songs that I heard, and it has stuck with me since then. I love the acoustic version as well!
3. The Ramones- Do You Wanna Dance?
This song makes me smile and it tends to get stuck in my head a lot.
4. Damone- Now Is The Time
This song has been stuck in my head a lot lately. I first heard it in an episode of Veronica Mars and fell in love with the song. It is one of the most played on my Ipod. (Well technically so are all the other songs on this list...)
I hope you all enjoy these songs as much as I do. :D
Damone! My favorite song is still Tonight, but I think this one plays a close second. Then you have the Ramones song, which you can't go wrong with. I also really like that Pogues cover, too. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Good song! I like it! :D
DeleteStrangely enough, I did not know the Ramones covered that song! I like your picks -- and I totally have a Damone CD that I rock out to in my car sometimes!
ReplyDeleteThanks! And strangely I didn't realize that Bette Midler did a cover as well. I think The Ramones cover is the only version I've heard. Interesting. Learn new things every day!
DeleteAnd yay for Damone! That is awesome. :D
