This week I want to share a band that I first started listening to in high school. They Might Be Giants. I love so many of their songs. I would say they are an unique band with unique (quirky) songs.
1. "Istanbul (Not Constantinople)"
I think this is one of the better known songs.
It was even a Gilmore Girls reference in Season 3: Episode-Application Anxiety! Which made me very happy.
It was even used in Bunheads for a dance! I really liked this show. So sad it got canceled!
2. "First Kiss"
This is one of my FAVORITE They Might Be Giants songs!
3. "Why Does the Sun Shine? (The Sun is a Mass of Incandescent Gas)"
They are also educational!

I remember liking them but I never got too into them. Istanbul was a favorite of mine but I loved their cover of Baroque Hoedown from the Disney's Electrical Parade
