February 3: Top Ten Books I Can't Believe I Haven't/Want To Read From Contemporary Genre

I own all of these books, so I kinda CAN"T believe I haven't read any of them yet! I hope to read them all this year though!

1, Open Road Summer by Emery Lord
2, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
3. Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
4. My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick
5. Ask Again Later by Liz Czukas
6. If I Stay by Gayle Forman
8. The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson
9. The Distance Between Us by Kasie West
10. Let's Get Lost by Adi Alsaid

Have you read any of these Contemporary books yet? Which books on my list do you love? Any of these you still need to read too?

  1. The Sky is Everywhere, Eleanor & Park, are My Life Next Door are all favorites of mine! I recommend reading one of those first from this list. :) Open Road Summer, If I Stay, and Fangirl are on my own. I don't quite understand why I haven't read them yet!

    1. Yay! I am really looking forward to reading them! I just read If I Stay and Where She Went these past two days. I really enjoyed them. I don't know why I have been putting off reading them yet either! I hope you get to read yours soon!

  3. I don't read much contemporary at all, so I'm sure you've read more of it than I have! I haven't read any of Rainbow Rowell's YA fiction yet, but I did read If I Stay in November and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would, so I'd recommend it! :)

    1. I have been getting into Contemporary more and more lately. I read Landline and Attachments by Rainbow Rowell and really liked them, so I am looking forward to these two.
I just read If I Stay & Where She Went yesterday and today, and I really ended up enjoying them! So glad you enjoyed it too!

  4. Great list! I see several on here that I've been meaning to read for far too long - Eleanor and Park, If I Stay, Let's Get Lost, and My Life Next Door especially. I'm bad about getting books and then shoving them to the side in favor of newer shinier books. Good luck getting these read!

    1. Thanks! I do that too. I also am bad about buying books when they are on sale and just adding to my huge TBR pile. Then I forget and start reading other new books. So I definitely understand! Thanks, I hope I get to read them all soon too! I already read If I Stay yesterday, so I think I am off to a good start!
      Thanks for stopping by!
