HOW IT WORKS:
The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you visit the blogs of our illustrious hosts and leave your name on the post using using the linky tools, then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to Wordpress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don't have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed.
THIS WEEKS QUESTION:
Hard
print (real thing) or Kindle/Nook, which is your favorite?
MY ANSWER:
I actually really like both. There is just something about holding and reading a hard print book that I really love. I also love the smell of books. So I really like having print books. But I also love having e-books on my Kindle because I find it easier for me to read in bed. I can also read it when I am traveling at night (obviously when I am the passenger). I also love that I can easily carry a bunch of books around with me when I go out. So, I don't think I necessarily prefer one over the other. I like both for different reasons. So they are both a favorite. I enjoy reading both.
Thanks for visiting my blog!
I've had books hit me in the face while trying to read in bed. Maybe it's time to upgrade :]
ReplyDeleteI do find it harder for me to drop my Kindle on my face since I have one of the cases that has a slot to slide my hand through. :D
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Ah, I just love the smell of new books! :) Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm a new follower! :)
ReplyDeleteYes! I think it is one of my favorite smells. :D
DeleteThanks for stopping by my blog in return & for the follow!
Hmm, good point about being able to read in bed.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
Thanks! I really do love reading my Kindle in bed. :D

Good point about reading in bed! However, I have also dropped my iPod on my face while reading an ebook, but it didn't hurt as much. Ebooks just don't have that warm, nice scent of a real book. But if they could do that it would be amazing! Yeah, I like them both so it's hard to choose one.

Yeah, I have dropped my iPod too, and I agree doesn't hurt as much. But I haven't really had a problem with my Kindle thanks to having a case that my hand can slide through and it holds it there. It would be pretty amazing if Ebooks did!
DeleteThank you so much for stopping by my blog and for the follow! :D
